Full-Size Vans

Full-size and paratransit vans are the two other types of modified vehicles that Ride-Away offers. Full-size vans usually have a raised roof and raised doors.  This is done for easier access into the vehicle for people that sit taller in their wheelchair.  Paratransit vans are a bit larger and are designed to accommodate more individuals - both people in wheelchairs and ambulatory passengers.

Here are some features and options available when looking at our full-size and/or paratransit vans:

    - Choose from Ford, Dodge and Chevrolet models
    - Paratransit vehicles can accommodate up to four (4) individuals in wheelchairs
    - Full-size vans can accommodate up to two (2) individuals in wheelchairs
    - New or used modified vehicles
    - Lowered floor and raised roof options
    - Under Vehicle Lifts (UVL) & Platform Lifts   

    - Warranties on all products
    - Ability to install any kind of adaptive equipment appropriate to your situation into the   modified vehicles
